If anything we support breaks or stops working, our friendly engineers sort it out - whether that’s on the phone, remotely or by a visit to your office - it’s all included along with 24/7 proactive monitoring, security assistance and software updates. Oh, and they won’t try to bamboozle you with technical speak -unless you’re weird like us and want them to!

We deliver all this Managed Service support on simple rolling 30-day contracts. We’re confident that once you’ve found us, like almost every single one of our clients, you won’t want to leave us, so we don’t feel the need to tie you in for 12 or 18 months or more, like others might.

For businesses that have their own IT team we can also work to provide wrap around specialist and/or additional support. It may involve providing holiday cover or handling particular tasks only, in order to ease any pressures on your team or bottlenecks in your requirements – no matter what you need, we can help. We do this type of integrated work for several clients, enhancing and expanding their IT cover, and we’re delighted to say that we’re often treated as part of their internal IT team.
