We call ourselves just ‘Vigo’, and we’re a team of IT experts,
probably the most refreshing provider of IT Support and related
services in Merseyside and North Wales. From our sites on Wirral
and Anglesey we cover a lot of ground and love to hear from
potential new clients.
Our Directors Kurt and Naomi
founded Vigo as an IT provider in 2008 and we have built the
company around their vision to deliver awesome services whilst
having a laser focus on making our customers happy and exceeding
their expectations. Vigo is a team of over 20 staff and a 200+
strong customer base spread across our two sites.
We
have done this with almost no advertising to speak of, no
venture capital, no outbound sales team and lots of coffee.
We’ve managed this because we’re really, really good at what we
do.
Flexible Contracts
We don't feel the need to lock our clients into long term
contracts! Vigo give you the freedom of having a 30 day
rolling contract - we are so awesome at what we do you won't
want to leave anyway.
Technical Genius
We have a crack team of engineers who have the latest
technical know how loaded into their internal memory boards
daily. If we don't know something then the chances are the
technology hasn't been invented yet (or we're stupid)!
Friendly Service
We won't scare you with big techie words, we will take the
time to sit down with you, have a tea/coffee and provide a
down to earth service that will make you feel you are
chatting with an old friend. Our aim is make you happy and
relaxed. Ask us anything we don't bite!
